We are thrilled to announce the revamp of the Wellbeing and Health Action Map (WHAM) Plan, a crucial preventative tool for promoting the emotional and mental health wellbeing of young people. To make this initiative truly impactful, we need the insights and ideas of our youth. Their unique perspectives will help shape the WHAM plan into one that addresses the real needs of young people and provides resources and support to foster better mental health and emotional resilience.

By participating, they will contribute to creating a supportive community where everyone can thrive. We hope to discuss ideas for new features, feedback on existing resources and learn about young people’s wellbeing experiences. Originally created with the aid of young people, the WHAM plan is designed to be delivered by young people for young people. Any one who completes the WHAM plan then has the option to go on to deliver it to their peers. Thus creating a network of wellbeing advocates, better equipped to assist themselves and others.

We are asking young people all across Staffordshire to join us in this exciting journey to enhance the WHAM plan. By working together, we can make a difference and build a healthier, happier future for young people in our county.
